Welcome to quizpath.in (the "Service"), a non-profit educational platform operated by Swachha Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website and any related mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

QuizPath provides a freemium educational platform designed for test preparation. Our services include:

  • Free Plan: Access to all Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) quizzes, a weekly allowance of AI-powered evaluations for descriptive answers, and basic progress tracking for a single user.
  • QuizPath Pro (Paid Subscription): A paid plan that includes the creation of multiple student profiles, a significantly larger monthly allowance of AI evaluations, access to a dynamic quiz generation tool, and advanced analytics.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Family Use (QuizPath Pro): The Pro plan allows the primary account holder to create up to two (2) individual student profiles for use by members of their household. The primary account holder is responsible for the activity on all associated profiles.
  • You agree not to share your account credentials with individuals outside your household. Unauthorized sharing may result in account suspension.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Subscription: The QuizPath Pro plan is a one-time payment for a fixed term (e.g., one year). It does not automatically renew.
  • Payments: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information.
  • Delivery: Access to Pro features is granted immediately upon successful payment verification. If access is not provided within 24 hours, please contact us at support@quizpath.in.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations except in cases of documented technical errors or non-delivery of service from our end.

5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

The QuizPath Pro plan includes a generous allowance of 1,000 AI-powered evaluations per month. This Fair Usage Policy is in place to prevent abuse and ensure service availability for all users. We reserve the right to investigate and, if necessary, suspend accounts that exhibit usage patterns indicative of non-personal, commercial, or abusive activity.

6. User Conduct and Content

You agree not to use the Platform to submit or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including quizzes, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Swachha Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose. The AI-powered evaluations are for educational guidance and are not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swachha Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Platform. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amravati, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
